Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are processed through our app and refunds are processed through our support email: [email protected]

Your email address you used to make the purchase will be required, please include it with your message.

Also if there’s any duplicate or unfamiliar charges, you can contact our team at [email protected] for prompt assistance.

1. On Standard Viral Vault Subscriptions:

Unless otherwise stated on the specific products sales page and order forms from all of our products, Viral Vault purchases come with a 7-Day no questions asked refund period only for your first payment. 

For future payments, you’ll be notified via email days ahead of your next billing cycle so you’ll have a window to cancel your subscription.

If you get charged for the next billing cycle before reaching out to our support email, your payment will be only be refundable for 24 hours.

After this it is non-refundable and your subscription will be canceled at the end of the newly renewed cycle. 

1.1 Our 14-day action based refund

At Viral Vault, we stand behind the ability of our software & training to get you results when you spend the time studying and implementing what you learn.

Because of this we simply ask that you give the course a fair attempt. 

If 7 days have passed and you miss the refund window, you have an action based refund window based on the amount of work you put in your store.

In order to qualify for a full refund you must simply do the following within 14 days.

- Watch and complete the first 4 modules of our Crash Course
- Create a Shopify Store
- Run ads to your Shopify Store. 
- Ask coaches for help in our Discord community. We’ll track this closely.
- Make an honest attempt. This means you put effort in over the 14 day period. A dishonest attempt would be waiting till day 13 and then throwing your store all together, clicking through the videos and aimlessly sending ads to your store.

We are quite lenient on this and as long as you put in some sort of genuine effort we are more than happy to issue your refund.

It’s our responsibility to train you and coach you to the best of our efforts, it is your responsibility to apply the training and coaching.

2. On website builds. 

In our website build service we’ll give you a pre-built store that will work as a starting point to launching your own business. 

This is by no means a fully ready to launch, automated business, you’re expected to work on it before initial launch if you want to see results.

If the website is not delivered within the 7 business day deadline, your payment can be refunded & you can keep the store.

You can also get a refund within 24 hours to the delivery of your website, in case you change your mind. Please note that we need to keep access to it in order to delete it. If you change the password or we lose access to the store, the refund is not applicable.

In the event of any issue, bug or errors in your store, we will check and make the necessary fixes for free and partial refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Once the website is delivered and 24 hours have passed, the payment for it is non refundable under any circumstances. 

In order to apply for a refund or for any site issues you need to contact our support email at [email protected] and we’ll check your case. 

3. On multiple charges and duplicate payments

Any duplicate or wrong charge will be refunded without any investigation or inquiry.

If you have a duplicate payment on your card for any service, you can contact us at [email protected] and we’ll check your account.

Refund windows stated on this policy do not apply to these payments and they are refundable at any time up to 3 months. 

If those payments are older than three months, they become non refundable due to customer’s neglect. 

4. Disputes and chargebacks

We reserve the right to counter any chargeback or dispute you issued for payments that don’t apply to this policy. 

By making a purchase at you comply with this policy and it’ll be presented as evidence of your willingness to make a purchase from us. 

If you’re not satisfied with any charges applied on your account, we ask you to contact us at [email protected] before any dispute and we will check your case individually.

5. Aspects not covered on this policy

Any future other product we offer will have their own refund window and they’ll be updated on this policy once available.

During that time you’ll have enough opportunity to test and see if you’re satisfied with our service. If that’s not the case, we’ll gladly refund you according to the terms we implement for each case.
